The first part of the call will be getting to know about you and your business. We want to learn more about the problems you are having or had in the past regarding the technology you are using, along with what your vision is moving forward. Afterwards, we will have a short presentation of the different features we offer and what you should expect, along with going over the proposal custom built based on the questions for your business. 

That’s all there is to it! We want to make this process as easy and as painless as possible and look forward to being your long term IT partners!

No Doozy IT has no long-term contracts.  Our contracts are set for 12 months, however, with our unconditional 365-day total satisfaction guarantee, you can change or even cancel your service plan with just 30 days notice. What this means to you and your business is that there is no risk.

Yes, we are fully insured for both general liability and cyber liability through The Hartford. We can supply a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for those that need it during our consultation upon request.

Our services start as soon as you sign your agreement and accept you proposal with us. We have an onboarding process to where we guide you and each of your employees on how to use support and the helpdesk, setup each of your employees’ workstations, and improve and harden your network to standards set by the NIST Cyber Security Framework. This process can take about 6 to 8 week to finish.
